PROJECT
A documentary that follows the efforts of the Controlled Environment Research Center to develop a greenhouse unit for NASA that will provide all the oxygen, water, and half of the food one astronaut will need to live on the moon. The technology they are developing will be critical to the success of our continued exploration of the solar system, but more importantly it will provide key insights into understanding how to make our food production, waste recycling, and air purification more sustainable, right here at home.
IMPACT
Inspired 20,000 children to get curious about strange and beautiful insects.
Raised awareness of water issues to more than a million Americans.
Encouraged congress to reform EPA through voter call in campaign.
