Matt’s background spans systems administration, application development, cloud migration, designing and implementing voice and data networks, creating and growing highly specialized teams in web development and video production, and formulating revenue-based budgets and forecasting models. While founding two startups, he oversees IT for a $250 million a year enterprise, crafting vision and mission-delivery for research and bio-computing cyber infrastructure. He’s skilled in consensus building, strategic planning, and cultivating work culture.
